DI Jo Sidaway, from the Surrey and Sussex Major Crime Team, said: "Although we have made a number of arrests in connection with the murder I am still asking anyone who was at the pool party or with any information or footage of what happened to come forward.

"This was a horrifying and violent crime which has understandably shocked Surrey residents and we are in the process of carrying out a thorough and large-scale investigation to track down those responsible.

"We have already spoken to a number of people who were at the party but we remain determined to speak to everyone who was there to build up a comprehensive picture of how events unfolded on the night.

"I realise the ongoing investigation has been disruptive for Headley residents so I would like to thank them for their continued co-operation and urge anyone with information about the event who has not spoken to our officers to get in contact.”
