The UK made a faster than expected climb out of recession in the final three months of 2009 with growth of 0.3%, official figures showed.
Householders should be alarmed following the recently released figures for burglaries in England and Wales. In 2008-2009 the police recorded 284,427 burglaries, which equates to one person being burgled every 2 minutes. Whilst 56,000 of these burglaries were taking place, the occupant was confronted by the burglar and most worryingly 23,000 householders were actually attacked by the burglar. This means a householder is attacked every 30 minutes.
