Roald Dahl’s BFG is the inspiration behind the latest holiday workshop run by highly acclaimed Dandelion Theatre Arts at The Leatherhead Theatre this Easter.
From Monday 3 to Friday 7 April children from 4-11 years old can enter the magical world of the Big Friendly Giant where imagination and having fun are the key. This workshop gives students a rare opportunity to experience what it’s like behind the scenes at a professional theatre and put on a performance at the end for family and friends.
Children will be learning song and dance routines, making costumes and seeing how the lighting, sound and all other parts of a production come together before putting on a show at the end.
The BFG Workshop is on at The Leatherhead Theatre on Monday 3 to Friday 7 April for 7-11 year olds and Thursday 6 and Friday 7 April for 4-7 year olds.
