Letter to the Editor: Unconventional watering in Horsley Close
I saw a workman struggling to push a council garden bin full of water from Epsom Station, down Waterloo Rd to the garden area.
Reaching there he produced a household bucket and began watering the trees and plants. I have to assume it was part of his job employed by Travelodge. "Primitive" is an understatement. He could have been a contender for the TV series, "The World's Strongest Man"
