This cemetery proposal is not to satisfy the need so the local population but the needs of others.
It will be a major incursion into green belt land and will set a precedent for other green belt developments thereby eliminating the green area separation from the London boroughs.
Croydon Lane is extremely busy and Woodmansterne Lane is already overloaded with traffic and is very dangerous at peak times.
Adding this development will change the character of Banstead village for the worse for ever.
