Shabby? Epsom High Street
What a shame Epsom town is so shabby.
The home of the Derby that has been let down by planning laws passed by the council that has allowed unsuitable buildings alongside wonderful architecture that should be treasured.
There are now pay day loan shops, we buy gold, and lots of charity shops and pawn brokers.
What a choice.
