A Down Syndrome student did a six mile tricycle ride and raised £2,000 to help send his football team to Hong Kong.
Carshalton College student Paul Wakeling, 21, and fellow football player Daniel Morris took part in a tricycle ride along the River Thames near Richmond to raise cash for their team The Fulham Badgers.
The footballers hope to go to Hong Kong in May to play against another Down Syndrome team, the Hong Kong Dragons.
Paul has severe Down Syndrome, which limits his communication and mobility, but The Fulham Badgers is designed to give players like Paul the same opportunities on the pitch as their peers.
