A man died in a single-car crash in Lower Kingswood yesterday morning.
The victim, a man in his 30s from south-west London, was driving a silver Volkswagen Passat when he crashed at the roundabout connecting Brighton Road to Babylon Lane some time between 4am and 5am on Sunday, June 12.
Paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene.
The road was closed while emergency services dealt with the incident but is now fully reopened.
Surrey Police are appealing for witnesses as part of their enquiries into the crash.
