The Conservatives have won a majority, Miliband and Clegg have resigned, and Wandsworth’s political makeup has not changed.
It has been a privilege to work with @Ed_Miliband over the last 5 years. I am proud to call him my friend.

The people of Putney, Tooting and Battersea have woken up to three MPs who all retained their seats: Justine Greening, Sadiq Khan and Jane Ellison.
Will Martindale’s huge campaign failed to grab one of the Labour Party’s key target seats, Battersea.
Conservative Jane Ellison retained her hold on the constituency achieving a 7,938 majority – an increase on her 5,977 majority in 2010.
Mr Khan beat Conservative Dan Watkins by 2,823 votes – a slight increase on his majority in the 2010 election in which he accrued 2,524 votes.
Although Mr Watkins was sad, he was pleased to have increased the Conservative vote by more than 2,000 since 2010.
There was little surprise in Putney where Justine Greening easily held on to Putney and slightly increased her majority by 127 votes.
While the nation's eyes were on the general election, there was also a byelection taking place in Earlsfield following the death of popular councillor Adrian Knowles.
The Conservatives Angela Graham won the byelection with 4,218 votes. Labour's candidate Paul White lost out with 3,079 votes.
