Letter to the Editor: Problems with waste bins
Epsom Council has done a great job in providing bins and rubbish collection. We now have a bin for wrappings, etc, and organic waste, bottles and tins and so on. The problem is now the bin for general waste is too large while the bin for plastics, cardboard and similar is too small. Is organising a change-around of these bins too great a task?
