Having been to the Epsom and Ewell Cottage hospital now four times it never ceases to amaze me how wonderful it is there. It's difficult to believe it's an NHS establishment.
The staff/nurses are obviously happy in their work as it reflects in their attitude and attentiveness to their patients, whom are obviously happy there.
The whole hospital is scrupulously clean - you could eat off the floor so to speak, the food is top quality.
All in all this hospital should be the vanguard of all NHS establishments.
The matron, Pippa, who oversees the hospital, takes a real pride in the comfort and treatment of her patients and staff.
Its' a joy to be there.
