My election address and website both explain that Labour, Liberal and Green candidates are from pro-Human Rights Act parties and I say nothing to discourage anyone voting for these "excellent candidates".
I would not have stood in this election if the seat was marginal. I hope national party spokespersons address the threat to the Human Rights Act. So far they have been silent. Someone somewhere has to make a stand about it. A majority of votes for pro-Human Rights Act parties and independents may make a difference if a Conservative government is returned. I have very limited space to make this stand and will not dilute it by presenting a raft of personal policies on other subjects. I do acknowledge how important they are.
