I have just received by e-mail my annual insult from Chris Grayling wishing me a happy Christmas. This is from a man who will do nothing to resolve the continuing scandal that is Carers Allowance that carers like myself receive in payment for supplying 24 hour care for loved ones at home as we do not go out to work.
We work at home, and receive £61 per week.
We receive no basic wage, no living wage, meantime saving his and previous and subsequent governments billions per year and this man knows it and does nothing to resolve it.
I have sent his office an e-mail to stop getting this junk mail sent through from the MP as we get enough spam in our mail boxes without this unsolicited, unwanted and insincere rubbish.
He does not wish me a happy Christmas, he couldn't care less.
