Here we go. It should only be a matter of days before Epsom and Ewell Council start the annual month or so of excuses as to why it'll be next to be impossible to get anything done due to the "run up to Christmas" which is the standard reasoning made by them at this time of year.
Boilers should now start breaking down at the same time, burst pipes will start to increase drastically as it's the "run up to Christmas", and generally EECC will be unable to cope with the workload as it's the "run up to Christmas".
We don't believe it anymore. It's utter rubbish and they know we know.
And, by the way, when did morning appointments end at 1 pm in the afternoon? According to the council this is now the case, so we can no longer consider afternoon as it was 12pm doesn’t exist as we knew it.
Council bosses have much more power than we imagine. They can now legally time-shift.
