Myself, my daughter and baby granddaughter were in Epsom on Thursday parked in the Ashley centre car park, when we had to evacuate due to a fire.
It was chaos, the lifts were shut down as there was a fire, so had to get to the third floor with a pram. A kind man helped carry the wheels, but there was nobody from the car park or Ashley centre giving any help.
The pay machine on level 2 was out of order and they were also still letting cars into the car park. They should have allowed all cars out free it was a nightmare.
