Action Surrey are offering Epsom and Ewell residents the opportunity to receive free energy and water efficiency advice during the annual English Heritage open days.
This year over 3,600 properties across the UK will open together for four days, from 8th until 11th September 2011, to celebrate England's stunning architecture and culture.
Action Surrey is a free, impartial energy advice service, working in partnership with Epsom & Ewell Council, offering homeowners advice to make their homes more energy efficient and install renewable technology.
The company are welcoming residents a free visit to Oak Tree House, one of the only fully functional demonstration properties in the South of England.
Action Surrey's advisors will also discuss how visitors can reduce their energy and water consumption along with their cardon footprint throughout the day.
