A second chance to have your say on the Merton Local Plan is set to happen before the end of the year.
The second round of consultation on the borough’s local plan will run for six weeks between October and December.
The plan will provide a blueprint for development in Merton and all being well is set to be adopted in 2020.
A first round of consultation took place at the end of last year.
It received more than 1,000 responses and focussed on general questions about what site or policies the plan could cover.
A meeting of the Borough Plan Advisory Committee is due to take place on Wednesday (September 26).
At the meeting councillors will discuss the plans and are set to recommend that cabinet approve the second borough-wide consultation to take place between October and December.
The committee will meet at Merton Civic Centre in Morden from 7.15pm.
