In a day where raising money for charity was the calling card, there was also some personal pride on the line.
Ashtead Football Club was the place to be on Sunday as six different post offices came together for a hot and sweaty day of football.
The matches were played 5/6 a-side with eight minutes each half on a rotating round-robin basis.
After all was said and done, teams from Surbiton and Epsom were tied at the top.
So a penalty shootout it was.
In the end it was Surbiton that came out on top, but the real winner was Action for Children, the charity of choice for the day.
In total, £2,759 was raised.
