A karate instructor faces a re-trial later this year over allegations he sexually abused a child.
Spencer Hannan, 42, from Derek Avenue, Epsom, will face a second trial at Guildford Crown Court after a jury failed to reach a verdict last month.
The re-trial will start at Guildford Crown Court on Monday, September 18.
The jury had found Mr Hannan not guilty of one count of sexually abusing a child at his trial in January.
He faces three further charges of non-penetrative sexual activity with a boy under the age of 16.
