One month on from his murder, Surrey Police renewed their appeal by releasing images of Mr Hunter in a shop and on a bus, in a fresh bid for information.

Detective Inspector Jo Sidaway, from Surrey and Sussex Major Crime Team, said: "Today marks a month since the murder of 34-year-old Ricardo Hunter whose life was cut short after he was shot at a private party in Headley.

"This was a shocking and violent crime and we are carrying out a large-scale investigation with assistance from colleagues at the Metropolitan police to track down those responsible.

"We believe the majority of people who attended the party are from the London area.

We have already spoken to a number of people who attended that evening and are urging anybody who we have not yet spoken to or anyone with information to contact us – any information, no matter how insignificant you think it might be, could help our investigation.”
