The brother of a man accused of rape has been charged with intimidating a witness.
Simon Ray, 41, will appear at Croydon Magistrates Court on July 1 accused of intimidating a resident of The Crescent in Sutton.
Mr Ray, of Danetree Road in Epsom, was charged with witness intimidation on 21 May.
His brother, Damien Ray, is due to stand trial in January for the alleged rape of a woman in The Crescent on August 2, 2015.

Mr Ray, 38, of Beech Grove, Epsom Downs is also charged with two counts of attempted rape and one count of sexual assault against the same alleged victim on the same date.
The brothers are both listed as directors of construction firm JR Hoarding, based in Tadworth.
