A new nine-year-old headteacher took over an Ashtead school this week – and declared it was an easy job.
Year 4 pupil Dominic Quantrill carried out the headmaster’s duties of meeting with staff, leading school assembly, observing classes, a school inspection and to finish his duties off, ate lunch with three friends in a special dining room.
