An Epsom man who has denied sexual activity with a boy under 16 will face trial next year.
Spencer Hannan, 41, of Derek Avenue, denies all charges.
During a pre-trial hearing at Guildford Crown Court on Monday (May 23) he pleaded not guilty to four counts of sexual activity with a 14-year-old boy.
All four charges relate to alleged incidents between September 1, 2013 and December 31, 2013, and all involve the same alleged victim.
Hannan will face a trial at Guildford Crown Court starting on January 30.
