An alleged Audi car thief led officers from two police forces on an hour long chase through Surrey and into Kingston yesterday afternoon.

Officers from Surrey, Kingston and the National Police Air Service chased the Audi A3 from Leatherhead where it was stolen at 4pm.
The high-speed pursuit through went through Esher, East Molesey and into Kingston town centre where the car was abandoned near BHS in Eden Street.
Kingston officers arrested a 31-year-old man from Carshalton on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle, dangerous driving and drug related driving offences.
