A crash between a car and a lorry on the M25 near Redhill at about 2pm today saw at least three lanes closed temporarily and emergency services called.

Although no injuries were reported initially, queues were said by Highways England to be 'building quickly', as the agency attempted to clear the road.

The crash happened between junctions 7 and 8 of the M25, clockwise, meaning people driving towards Epsom could be hit with delays of half an hour, according to Highways England.

Surrey Police confirmed they attended.
