A man in his thirties has been arrested on suspicion of arson, after suspicious lorry fires in the Longdown area of Epsom.
He was released on bail until December 10.
A £5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of arsonists who torched nine lorries belonging to a family business last month.
A tenth vehicle was also burnt out.

The fire happened on Saturday, October 3 at around 5am, when heavy goods vehicles were set alight at Penwarden Haulage, in College Road.
The damage caused is estimated to be around £1.5 million.
Surrey Police is continuing to appeal for witnesses and are seeking to identify another person involved.
Detective Constable Karen Scholey said: "Although we have made an arrest in connection with the arson we would still urge anyone with information to contact us."
