One lane of the M25 is closed after a lorry slid down the embankment, according to reports from Highways England.
One lane of the two lanes of the M23 slip road onto the M25 is now closed after an accident was reported at 3.22pm today.
Highways England has advised that there are currently delays of 10 minutes.
They also confirmed that a recovery operation has been organised for the lorry.
Traffic is reportedly already one-and-a-half miles long.
A lorry has partially left the link road on #M23 N/B J8 to #M25 a/c/w J7 and closed a lane is causing delays. Approx: 1.5 miles congestion
