Budding artists have taken centre stage at Bourne Hall, as 150 students across 20 Epsom and Ewell schools will have their work hanging in the main atrium for two weeks.

On Tuesday night all the artists, along with some 350 proud parents and teachers, were on hand to launch the nature-themed exhibition.Surrey Comet:

Epsom and Ewell Partnership of Schools project manager Teresa Payne said: "We were all blown away by how good these paintings are.

"There are clearly some very talented young artists here in our schools. Members of the public have already got in touch with us to say how impressed they are.

"And what’s really important is that the children here today can see each other’s work and learn from each other."Surrey Comet:

Artists aged between three and 17 years old are features and Epsom and Ewell Mayor Chris Frost – who was opened the exhibition – was said to be ‘delighted’ with the art.
