Schoolchildren have raised more than £1,000 for the air ambulance after a fellow student and his mother were killed in a crash.
An air ambulance went to the aid of Kai Arnold, 11, a pupil at Woodmansterne Primary School, and his mother Nicola Morris, 29, last July.
Despite the best efforts of the paramedics, they were pronounced dead after the crash in Banstead Road, Ewell.
The school was left deeply saddened and students there have nominated Kent, Surrey and Sussex Air Ambulance as their chosen charity for the year.
Sarita Grimster, who is responsible for communications at the school, said they wanted to "do something positive" after losing Kai and his mother.

Pupils have raised money through a raffle, fruit kebab sale and bag-packing at supermarkets. Dr Dudley, the mascot of Kent, Surrey and Sussex Air Ambulance, has also visited them.
Ms Grimster said: “A very interesting and informative presentation was given which helped the pupils understand what the Mr funds they have been raising will help towards.”
