A gym goer passed out on the toilet and got her head trapped under the cubicle wall yesterday.
Firefighters were called to rescue a female doctor from the toilet at Nuffield Health Leatherhead Fitness and Wellbeing Centre in the Crescent, Leatherhead, at 11am yesterday.
Epsom watch commander Mark Stewart said: "She passed out after having a workout and she was on the toilet.
"Her head became trapped under the partition between toilet one and toilet two. She was unable to get herself out."
When the woman regained consciousness, she shouted for help and gym staff called the fire brigade.
Firefighters dismantled the toilet cubicle by removing its bolts.
Mr Stewart said: "We took the toilet apart and freed her and gave her oxygen and first aid."
