A main road is closed due to a leaking water pipe which could burst in Epsom town centre.
A travel alert on the live traffic feed on this website shows Hook Road (B284) as being closed because of a burst water main at East Street (A24).
It added: "Police say the road will be closed for two to three days."
A Thames Water spokeswoman said: “We’re sorry for any disruption the road closure is causing.
"We’re repairing a leaking water pipe which we must do before it bursts as this could leave customers with no water or flood the road.
"We started the job today and expect to be finished by the end of the week.”
An Epsom Council spokesman said the Hook Road car park is open as usual.
Last week: Roads still closed as firefighters demolish fire-ravaged building
East Street was closed last week after a huge fire ravaged a derelict building there.
