On Thursday afternoon,  9 October, I parked my car in the Waitrose car park, New Malden.

The car park was quite full.  I reversed carefully into the space along the wall.  On my return about an hour later I observed that the car beside me had changed since my arrival.  The new car was parked at a very careless angle. It had been parked facing the wall and the front was very close to the rear of my car.  There was a male just sitting in the driver's seat looking extremely suspicious.  Each time I looked in his direction his eyes shifted. I unloaded my shopping into my boot.

He kept staring at me and appeared to be behaving oddly any time I looked in his direction.

It was only when I got home that I noticed that the front bumper on my driver's side was terribly scraped in two places. I had not noticed the damage in the car park as due to the extremely bad weather on the day I just rushed into the car to get out of the torrential rain once I had put my shopping in the boot.

The damage was done either by you, the man in the car, or the person before you who was originally parked beside me.

Whichever one of you it was - and if you are reading this, I just want you to know that you have caused £250 worth of damage to it.

You should be ashamed of yourself - you shameless dishonest coward.  Let's hope you have a huge problem removing my blue paint from the front bumper of your car.  My saving grace is that I am a great believer in "what goes around comes around"."
