Pub toilets tend to range from the tolerable - ones that are clean and actually have toilet paper - to the downright disgusting.
But the toilets at the Assembly Rooms, in Epsom High Street are in a class of their own.
They don't just have marble fixtures and decorated wash bowls, but sport bookcases, easy chairs swanky carpets and even a fireplace.
So it should come as no surprise that they have yet again won the top award, platinum, in the coveted Loo of the Year Awards.
Seven certificates from previous Loo of the Year Awards already proudly hang on the wall in the Wetherspoon pub.
Pub manager Tony Cave said: "The toilets are pretty spectacular. As a company we recognised a long time ago that the toilets are a very important part of a person’s experience when they go out."
Mike Bone, the 2013 awards managing director, said: "The toilets at the Assembly Rooms have been designed and fitted out to a very high standard and are both clean and well maintained.
"The pub richly deserves its platinum award - the highest individual award the judges can deliver."
