Epsom & Ewell South neighbourhood policing team

PC Tom Arthur

Having served as a Police Officer for nearly 20 years some 15 of that with Surrey I am happy to again take up the exciting role of a Neighbourhood Officer based at Epsom with joint responsibility for the Town and South. Over my years I have experience in all areas of Policing from Investigation to response to Traffic as well as in my current role over when on Mole Valley. I am looking forward to the Challenging role of dealing with a Town Centre again as well as the more rural South of Epsom.

Paul Woodhouse

I’m Paul Woodhouse your PCSO for Epsom East & West. I have worked for Surrey Police since February 2003 were I worked in Runnymede for 7 years as a PCSO.
I then became a Police officer in 2010 and after a years service I found my skills were better suited to working in the community. I joined the Horley Team in January 2011
covering the area of West Horley.

My role includes working with local councils, businesses and local residents with any issues or concerns they may have within the community. My aim is to provide reassurance, reduce crime and the fear of crime by providing high visibility patrols and tackling anti-social behaviour to improve the quality of life for local residents.

On a personal note I’m a keen cyclist, so you find me riding on my patrols of the area.
Please feel free to stop me and say "hello".
