- I am PC Steve Pearman, I am your Neighbourhood Specialist Officer for Tadworth, Walton on the Hill and Kingswood. I have been the NSO for the area since July 2012. Your PCSOs and I are your Safer Neighbourhood Team and will work hard to tackle crime and anti-social behaviour in our community. I feel to be successful in the role you need to get to know as many residents as possible and to make yourself approachable and available. - <p>I joined Surrey Police in February 2005 and became part of the team at Tadworth, Walton & Kingswood in January 2013. I am here to support the local community and my aim is to provide reassurance, reduce crime and the fear of crime by providing high visibility patrols and tackling anti social behaviour to improve the quality of life and to make your community a happier and safer place to live and work. I work closely with the local schools and businesses in the community along with Youth Leaders and Local Councillors and Residents Associations When you see me out and about please come and meet me and speak to me, I am very approachable and always willing to help you if you have any problems or concerns.
