Sir Steve Redgrave is hoping to continue his winning streak when he goes on Celebrity Who Wants To be A Millionaire?

The five-times Olympic gold medallist will be taking part along with soap star Kelvin Fletcher and news presenter Dermot Murnaghan on the ITV1 show.

Sir Steve, who will be joined by his 14-year-old son Zak and is appearing on behalf of the children's charity Sparks, said: "I am sure it will be a challenge but I think we will be a strong team and we are looking forward to it.

"It will be great to help raise money for my chosen charity."

Kelvin, who plays Emmerdale's Andy Sugden, will be joined by his 15-year-old brother Brayden and is raising money for The Cardiomyopathy Association, for families affected by the heart muscle disease, and Debra, which helps people with the genetic skin blistering condition Epidermolysis Bullosa.

He said of going on the show: "I'm really, really nervous... I don't want to sound too thick, hopefully we'll do well."

Dermot is appearing with his daughter Molly, 15, and is representing Operation Florian, which raises funds for fire fighting and rescue equipment around the world.

Celebrity Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? School's Out will be broadcast on ITV1 on Sunday August 26.
